3. Payments and Transactions
AI chat credit purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not store credit card information, bank account details, or any payment information — all transactions are processed and secured by Google.
We only receive transaction confirmation data (order ID, purchased product) to add chat credits to your account.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase — authentication, account data storage. Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Play Billing — payment processing. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Vertex AI / Gemini — AI question processing (submitted questions are not stored). Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- YouTube API — search and play music online (if signed in with Google). Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data Security
Data is stored on Google Firebase with encryption per Google standards. We do not share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We only provide data when legally required by competent authorities.
6. Retention Period
Account information is retained until you request deletion. Transaction history is kept for at least 1 year for accounting and refund support requirements.
7. Your Rights
- Access: Request to view the data we store about you.
- Correction: Request updates to inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of all personal data — processed within 7 business days.
- Revoke permissions: You may revoke any permission in device Settings (some features will be limited).
- Uninstall: All local data is deleted immediately; server data is deleted upon request.
8. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
